We are happy to announce that it will be launching its new membership programme to all Wheely customers. Wheely's membership programme is designed to offer the ultimate in luxury and service to its most frequent clients.

This program is another step to further differentiate Wheely and its services setting a new industry benchmark for on-demand luxury.

As a Wheely Chauffeur, it is important that you know about this feature and how this affects you and our passengers.

Passenger related questions

What is the Wheely Membership programme?

Wheely Membership rewards loyal passengers with global access to refined privileges crafted for exquisite comfort and convenience.

How can passengers become a member?

Either accept an invitation from an existing member or complete at least 15 journeys within a six-month period.

How much does a Wheely membership cost?

There is no price, the membership is free to frequent clients.

What are the benefits member passengers will receive?

  • Access to Wheely Dubai

  • Access to Concierge Services

  • Access to Chauffeur for a Day

  • Access to New First

Which journeys count towards qualifying for membership?

We only count completed journeys requested on your personal Wheely account. Journeys paid for through corporate accounts are not eligible. Passengers can track their eligible journeys in the Membership section of the Wheely app.

Will passengers need to reapply for a membership renewal?

No, membership is re-evaluated every six months and automatically renewed for those who have taken 15 journeys over the last evaluation period. Passengers can track their current membership status and expiration date in the app’s Membership section.

Will I be able to identify member Passengers when they request a journey?

Not in this first iteration.

What happens after the Membership Program launch?

Following up on the Membership Program launch we will be launching the brand new New First vehicle tier, where only S-Classes W223 will be allowed on. This class will have different pricing as well as luxurious amenities.

You will hear from us in the upcoming weeks with more information about how this new class will work in conjunction with the current classes Wheely supports.

Will the Membership Program be available to Chauffeurs?

No, this is a feature available only for Passengers.
