What is my rating, and how is it calculated?
On every journey, passengers will be prompted to provide you with a rating from 1 to 5. Your rating is an average of the last 100 rated journeys that you have received from passengers. Your rating can be seen on your profile screen in the Wheely Chauffeur app.
How long does it take for a journey to be dropped?
It will require you to receive another 100 rated journeys after that given journey for it to be dropped; therefore, no longer affect your overall star rating.
I’ve just started with Wheely, how is my rating calculated?
When you first start working with Wheely, you are automatically given a 5-star.
What happens if my rating drops below 4.85?
Your account will be automatically waitlisted. Our quality control team will contact you regarding this.
