How do I contact Wheely Partner team?

Once you are a chauffeur, you can:

  • Contact the Customer Service team. This can be done via a messaging system 24 hours a day through the app. When you are on a ride (including on your way to the pickup location), you also have the option to call the Customer Service team. This is also done via the app.

  • For other inquiries, you can email the New York Academy Team at nycpartners@wheely.com.
