During your sign-up to join Wheely as a chauffeur, you will be asked to upload photos of specific vehicle features to help us determine the suitability of your vehicle to work with Wheely. Once this step is concluded, you will be able to continue the sign-up flow and book your accreditation session to become active.
It's important to remember that:
You can only join the platform if you already have a car.
You will need to upload these photos before you are able to continue with the sign-up process.
At which stage will you be able to upload these photos?
You will be required to upload all these photos alongside your personal and vehicle documents, so please have these ready before you try to complete your onboarding.
What are the photos you will have to provide?
Photo of the rear exterior - license plate needs to be visible
Photo of side exterior - ensure you capture the entire body of the car, including wheels, rims and brakes
Photo of vehicle's sunroof - only mandatory for S-Classes
Photo of car console - ensure you capture the entire windshield and panel
Photo of rear passenger’s seat AC control options - only mandatory for S-Classes

How to ensure the photos are accurate?
In order to help you get your car approved as quickly as possible, we have created the following guide.

Photo of the rear exterior
Please ensure that you submit this photo so that we would be able to easily identify your vehicle's license plate.
For privacy reasons, we have hidden this example's license plate, but yours should be fully visible.
Photo of the side exterior
Please, ensure you capture the entire body of the car, including wheels, rims and brakes.
You need to include BOTH side wheels in the picture as per the image below.
Photo of the vehicle's sunroof
Please, take this photo from the inside of the car and ensure we can see it clearly. This feature is mandatory only for S-Classes.
Photo of the vehicle's console
Please ensure we can clearly see your windshield and any accessories it might have.
Photo of rear passenger’s seat AC control options
Please ensure that we can see the entire AC panel that passengers have access to. This is only mandatory for the S-Class.
Photo of passenger's rear seat control options
Please ensure you capture all the features passengers have access to at the door.
