Chauffeur
To operate on the Wheely platform, chauffeurs must provide the following:
Valid Emirates ID
Valid UAE Driving Licence
Valid RTA Chauffeur Permit (RTA Card)
Additional requirements:
Chauffeurs must be legally employed under a licensed limousine company (partner)
Basic English communication skills are required to ensure high service standards
All documents must be valid, clear, and fully visible (no cropped or blurred images)
Vehicle
All vehicles must meet Wheely and RTA requirements and provide:
Vehicle Registration Card (Mulkiya)
Valid Vehicle Insurance Certificate
RTA Vehicle Permit / Limousine Permit
Vehicle must be registered under a licensed limousine company
If applicable:
NOC (No Objection Certificate) if required by RTA
Important:
Vehicle details must match across all documents
Documents must be valid and up to date at all times
Partner (Limousine Company)
To register as a Wheely partner in the UAE, the company must provide:
Valid UAE Trade License
(Activity must include “Passenger Luxury Transportation” or equivalent)Company registration details
VAT Certificate (if applicable)
Registered company address
Valid UAE bank account details
Additional requirements:
Company must be licensed to operate limousine services under RTA
Responsible for managing:
Chauffeur employment and permits
Vehicle registration and compliance
Insurance and documentation
