Which vehicles does Wheely accept on the platform?

Wheely accepts a selection of premium vehicles that meet our luxury, comfort, and presentation standards. All vehicles must be no older than 3 years from the date of first registration, unless otherwise specified.

All vehicles must:

  • Be in showroom condition

  • Have no modifications (e.g. wraps, spoilers, non-standard parts)

  • Maintain a clean, executive appearance

  • Black alloy wheels are not permitted

  • Be registered under a licensed limousine company

  • Black Exterior

New First Class (S500 – W223)

  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W223 only)

  • Black exterior only

  • Interior: Sienna Brown or Beige

  • Long wheelbase

  • Executive Line

  • Rear seats must be reclining with ventilation (hot & cold)

  • Panoramic sunroof

  • Rear A/C controls (center console)

  • Headrest pillows

Note:

  • EQS models are not accepted

XL Class (V250 / V300)

  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class only

  • Black exterior

  • Interior: Black, Beige, or Coffee Brown

  • Long or Extra-Long Wheelbase

  • Leather seats

  • Must carry at least 1 approved child seat
    (e.g. Maxi Cosi Titan i-Size)

Note:

  • EQV is not accepted

  • Vito model is not accepted

Business Class

Option 1: BMW 5 Series / i5 (G60)

  • Exterior: Black or Dark Grey

  • Interior: Black, White, Cream, Beige, Brown, Burgundy

  • Panoramic sunroof

  • Rear A/C control

  • Passenger window shades

  • Ambient lighting

Option 2: BMW 7 Series / i7 (G70)

  • Models: 735i / i7

  • Trims: Business Excellence / Excellence / M Sport

  • Exterior: Black (Black Sapphire Metallic)

  • Interior: Cognac, Burgundy (leather)

  • Panoramic sunroof

  • 4-zone automatic air conditioning

  • Ambient lighting

  • Automatic rear sunblinds

  • Velour floor mats

  • Important:

    • Alloy wheels must not be black

    • Interior camera must be deactivated and covered

Business SUV: GMC Yukon (Regular or XL)

(SLT / Elevation / Denali)

  • Exterior: Black only

  • Interior: Black, Brown, or Grey

  • Panoramic sunroof

  • Rear A/C control

  • Rear center console with cup holders

  • 20” machined chrome wheels

  • Full executive specification

Luxe Class (Maybach S580 / S680)

  • Mercedes-Maybach S-Class (W223 only)

  • Not older than 3 years (from the date of first registration)

  • Ultra-luxury long-wheelbase sedan

  • Exterior: High-gloss black

  • Interior: Sienna Brown, Beige, Diamond-stitched Nappa leather, Extended leather package (door cards, armrests)

  • Wheels: Maybach exclusive multi-spoke forged alloys (20”–21”)

  • Key Features:

    • Soft-close doors

    • Acoustic and privacy glass

    • Panoramic glass roof

    • Electric rear sunblinds

  • Rear Executive Cabin Requirements:

    • Individual reclining rear seats

    • Memory seats with heating, ventilation, and massage

    • Rear seat controls on door panels

    • Rear center console with storage and cooling

  • Technology & Comfort:

    • Dual rear MBUX entertainment screens

    • Ambient lighting (multi-zone, Maybach signature)

    • Burmester 4D surround sound system

Important Notes

  • Vehicles must always maintain a premium and executive look

  • Any non-compliant vehicles may be rejected or removed from the platform

  • Specifications may be updated by Wheely Operations based on market standards
