How do I book an accreditation session?
In the UAE, accreditation is arranged through the chauffeur’s limousine company. The limousine company must first be registered with Wheely. Fleet owners can initiate the registration by signing up here.
Once the company is registered, they can arrange a chauffeur screening. After successfully passing the screening, the chauffeur will then be scheduled for accreditation.
How should I prepare for the session?
Make sure that your vehicle meets our Vehicle Standards, and that it is up to the Wheely standard.
Ensure your vehicle is equipped with antibacterial wipes, antibacterial spray, single-use cloth, and disposable bags.
Dress to the Wheely Standards.
What is the Agenda for the accreditation sessions?

What happens if I cannot make the session?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled accreditation session, please inform your limousine company so they can notify the Wheely Operations Team at least 48 hours in advance by emailing dubaipartners@wheely.com.
Failure to attend without prior notice may affect the ability to reschedule future sessions.
