All documents must be uploaded through the Partner Dashboard.
Please refer to our documentation guidelines for instructions on how to upload the required documents.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the documents to be reviewed. Chauffeurs are able to upload new documents up to 2 days before the expiry date of the existing documents.
If new documents are uploaded on the expiry date or after, there may be a delay in activation until the documents are reviewed and approved.
