Why are the brands of water permitted in your vehicle restricted?
We have received customer feedback that the calibre of water in Wheely vehicles does not always match the quality of the service that Wheely chauffeurs deliver. For this reason, like our other amenities, we must ensure the items provided in the car reflect the high standards of chauffeuring that are provided. The little things our customers notice make a big difference in choosing Wheely and paying premium rates.
What are the benefits for you?
Customers use Wheely again and again for the same consistent, excellent service. With standardised water, the experience you deliver to the passenger will be elevated and will contribute to maintaining consistent 5-star ratings.
How can you purchase the bottles of water?
You are invited to purchase the water of your own accord from any supermarket, wholesaler, or online shop. If you are having trouble purchasing this water, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can you use two different types of water in one journey?
No. The brand of water provided should be consistent on any one journey; only provide one brand of water at any one time.
Are there any requirements for the placement of the water?
Yes. The water should be placed so that the label is facing the middle of the car where the passenger is located:
First - 2 bottles of Fiji 330ml water in the cupholders of the rear passenger armrest
Business, Business SUV and XL - 2 bottle of Evian 330ml placed in each passenger door side pocket. XL chauffeurs may include an extra bottle in each sliding door pocket if necessary.
Luxe - 2 bottles of Fiji 330ml water and 2 bottles of San Pellegrino Sparkling water in the cupholders of the rear passenger armrest
What if you do not provide the named brands?
If you do not provide Evian, Fiji water or San Pellegrino sparkling water while on a Wheely journey and this is identified by our Quality Assurance team, you will be required to purchase water either from them on the spot or from a nearby store to ensure that you have enough for the rest of the working day
