Using the Resubmit Order Option

If you have any concerns with your current order and would like to assign it to another writer, you can opt to use the Resubmit order option. This allows you to keep the same minimal price for your initial order and maintain any details and instructions of the task.

How Using the Resubmit Order Option Works

When you resubmit your order to another expert, the minimal price of your initial order won't change. When the order is resubmitted, the funds are automatically transferred to your Personal balance so you can use them for the resubmitted order right away.

It is important to note that when you resubmit the order, the initial Order details and instructions are preserved and cannot be edited. Word/page count, Assignment Type, Citation Style, Service, Education Level, and Language selection are all kept and automatically applied to your new order.

Once you resubmit your order via the Resubmit Order button, you will be prompted to choose a new deadline for your order. Afterward, the order will enter the In selection stage, and you can choose the best expert to work on your new order.

Reminder: Before assigning the task to another author, please note that you can request your current writer to revise the assignment multiple times (for free) within 30 days after the order's deadline!

Steps to Using the Resubmit Order Option

  • Go to the Writing section and choose the My Orders menu

  • Click on the title of the needed order

  • Click the Cancel order button

  • Type "0" into the bar, choose the reason, and leave comments

If you don't see the Cancel order button on your order page, this is probably because some funds have already been released to the writer. But don't worry, reach our support team and they'll reset the order payment and help you to replace the order.

  • Choose the relevant cancelation reason and describe the case briefly

  • In the pop-up window, tap on Resubmit order

Note: Reassigning the task to another writer will mean canceling the current order. Every canceled order is checked by our Quality Assurance team to make sure the resubmission is fair. The Quality Assurance team will contact you over chat in case of any questions. However, as it is our standard procedure, there is no need to worry!

Also, we wanted to inform you about our Terms and Conditions regarding canceled orders. In such cases, we retain full authorship of the paper, which means you won't have the rights to use it. Please note that the paper will be uploaded to Turnitin and Course Hero repositories, where it will be flagged as 100% plagiarized.

Note: The Resubmit order option won't work:

  • If you need an order to be replaced with any adjustments except the deadline extension.

  • If you want to hire a new writer only to revise or proofread your current order.

For such cases, use the Create similar order option instead.

This allows you to save time and effort, but it also allows you to update the order size and instructions and change any other parameters of the order.

To replace the order using the Create similar order option. Find more information here.

To sum up

Using the Resubmit Order option is a great way to get another expert to work on your task if you are unsatisfied with your current order. Your initial price will remain the same, and your original order details will be kept while you are choosing a new expert.
