Request the Closure of the Account

You have the option to delete your account yourself using our website functionality.

To submit a request to close your account and delete your personal information, please follow these steps:

  • Go to your Account Settings (step 1 on the screenshot).

  • Navigate to Sign-in and Security (step 2).

  • Click on the Deactivate account button (step 3).

  • You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm this action.

Your account will be permanently removed within 14 days.

Once your account is deactivated, you will no longer have access to the products and services associated with your account. The files in your personal account will no longer be available to you.

Please note that account deactivation is a permanent action, and once your account is deactivated, it cannot be restored. If you decide in the future that you want to order from us again or use products and services that require an account, you will need to create a new one.

Please be aware that the Company is legally required or entitled to retain certain types of data, such as order history, in compliance with applicable laws, including tax, accounting, and fraud prevention regulations.
