How to delete the account?

Request the Closure of the Account

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to delete your account. Whether it's for privacy reasons or simply because you no longer require our services, we've made the process straightforward to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

If you decide to delete your account, you can easily do so by following these steps:

  • Go to your Account Settings;

  • Navigate to Sign-in and Security;

  • Click on the Deactivate account button;

  • You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm this action.

Please note: Once you confirm, your account will be deactivated, and you will have a 14-day grace period to reactivate it if you change your mind. After this period, your account will be permanently deleted

Once your account is deactivated, you will no longer have access to the products and services associated with your account. The files in your personal account will no longer be available to you.

Please note that account deactivation is a permanent action, and once your account is deactivated, it cannot be restored. If you decide in the future that you want to order from us again or use products and services that require an account, you will need to create a new one.

Please be aware that the Company is legally required or entitled to retain certain types of data, such as order history, in compliance with applicable laws, including tax, accounting, and fraud prevention regulations. However, all remaining data is securely encrypted, making it unreadable and inaccessible to anyone. This ensures that your information remains protected, even after your account is no longer active.

Rest assured that your information will be deleted, as this is part of our obligations, which we take very seriously.
