Congratulations! Your team's health is now covered under Health Insurance ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐ŸŽ‰

A few important points to get you and your team up to speed

  1. Coverage: The coverage for your team is active from the time when the payment is made successfully to the insurer. The state of the payment is reflected in the Ledger (Reports > Ledger) and on the Insurance tab on the Dashboard.

  2. Payment Receipt: We generate a payment receipt for the Insurance payment. This is available in the Ledger and is attached along with the transaction for the Insurance purchase

  3. Admin onboarding: For any new employees who join in your organization you can add them to your Insurance plan from the XPayroll dashboard directly

Information for your team

  1. Employee onboarding: Your team receives onboarding emails from our partners, Plum. The Plum App serves as a one-stop solution for your teamโ€™s insurance requirements - have access to their insurance, view inclusions and exclusion of the insurance policy, get support for their queries and even initiate the requests for an insurance claim.


    Your team can login into the Plum app using the same email address that they use for XPayroll.

  2. Digital Health IDs: It takes up to 14 working days to generate the digital health IDs. These IDs are available to your team members on the XPayroll dashboard and the Plum web app

  3. Claims: For any claims, your team can initiate their request directly from the Plum web app. They can alternatively reach out to them at care@plumhq.com. Do note that Health ID cards are not required for initiating a claim. Both cashless treatments and reimbursement claims are available.
