Pre-requisite: Group/Tag Overview
Please see the screenshots below on how to create a group and a tag.
Group
To create a group, head over to the Contacts > Groups section. Then, click the "Add New Group" button.
Tag
Our goal is for you to not have to make new tags in the Dialer. We currently offer a seamless way of syncing your existing tags in GHL. Refer to GHL Profile/Location Integration and Sync Leads: What do you need to know?
However, if you'd like to create a tag in the Dialer, head over to Contacts > Tags. Then, click the "Add New Tag" button.
