Pre-requisite: Integrating Twilio with the Dialer or Integrating Telnyx with the Dialer

Once you've successfully integrated your Twilio or Telnyx account with the Dialer, you may start adding phone numbers.

To get started, navigate to Inbound > Phones > Get Numbers.

Next, enter the preferred Area Code. Then, click the "Fetch Results" button.

If the system can find phone numbers that match the area code you have entered, these will be returned. You can then choose the number that best fits your needs. Then, click the "Purchase Number" button.

Successfully purchased phone numbers are found in the "My Numbers" section.

Results Filter: If you would like to adjust the quantity of available phone numbers, use the dropdown menu located on the lower right-hand side.

Phone Name: You can give your phone number a label or assign a name to it.

"Assign To": You can assign the phone number to all or just specific team members.
