The integration of your CRM account with the Dialer is an important step to efficiently sync and manage leads/contacts between the two systems. Take a look at the sections below to get familiar with the setup process.

Setting up the integration between CRM and the Dialer requires two main steps:


Connecting Your CRM Account

If you haven’t already, you will need to connect your CRM account with the Dialer. To do this, you can follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the Profile Icon > Profile & Preferences > Integrations. Then, click "Go High Level Integration".

Log in to your GHL account (https://app.gohighlevel.com/). Then, click ADD ACCOUNT.

Next, select the location/account/subaccount you'd like to integrate with the Dialer.
