Telnyx Level 2 Verification

This article explains the process to obtain full access to all features on the Telnyx Mission Control Portal.

Telnyx uses a tiered verification system to safeguard services from unauthorized users.

This means that users must achieve certain criteria in order to gain access to all available features.


The majority of users will have reached Level 1 Verification upon confirming their email address during registration.

To check the status of your account level verifications, log in to your Telnyx Mission Control Portal. Navigate to Account Settings > My Account > Account Level.

**Note: Before submitting a request for Level 2 Verification, it's important that you fill in all the necessary details in these sections.

To submit a request for Level 2 Verification, please refer to the steps below.

Once you submit your request for Level 2 Verification, a member of the Telnyx team will carefully review your account. This may involve them contacting you via email to discuss more details, such as your intended use and any necessary clarifications or verifications for your account.

Important Notes:

  • Your Level 2 submission may take up to 48 hours to be reviewed and either approved or denied.

  • An email will be sent to you once your level 2 request has been processed.

  • If your request for level 2 verification was not approved, please contact support@telnyx.com.
