How Do I Submit CEUs During Reinstatement?
Follow the instructions included in your reinstatement communication. Wait until you receive an email from the reinstatement team requesting the documents before submitting CEU certificates.
If requested, submit CEU documentation and certificates using the method outlined in your reinstatement notice. If you do not have access to your CEU tracker, you can submit all required CEU certificates and/or index numbers via email. This is the correct process for submitting CMS certificates during reinstatement.

Can I Earn Additional CEUs for Reinstatement?
