An in-service application is a FEE FREE application. If your in-service event is 1.5 hours or less, the PROGRAM GOAL gives space to write enough information that the credibility of the event can be recognized. If it is two hours or longer, please include a timeline with agenda statements for each time segment of the program when sending in your application.
