WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A 1099-NEC?
If you generated over $600 in earnings in any given tax year, 1099-NEC forms will sent in the mail or electronically, each year, at the end of January.
Please note that S or C Corporations do not receive 1099 forms. Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Contractors do receive them.
MISSING YOUR TAX DOCUMENTS?
If you made over $600 in a given tax year as a Sole Proprietor, Partnership, or Unincorporated Contractor and have not received a copy of your tax documents by February 15th, please reach out to request it.
