How to start a Journey

Starting a Journey is where the action happens on the Aboard platform. Go to your Journeys page to get started:

Step By Step

  1. Head to the Journeys Screen

  2. Click New Journey

  3. Select the type of Journey, ex: Onboarding

  4. Add the Boardee, this will automatically add the rest of their info (Manager, Journey, Name, Start Date, Programs)

  5. Activate the Journey by clicking Start or allow it to autostart

With your Journey Activated, users will see all the Tasks they are assigned in their own My Tasks view and start to receive notifications to ensure they are completed!

Now just to continue to activated Journeys for all your new hires and start seeing more engaged and productive new employees who will stick around longer!
