Creating a New Survey

  1. Log in as a Super Admin: You need super admin privileges to create new surveys.

  2. Create a New Survey:

    1. Go to the survey creation section.

    2. Name your survey (e.g., "Week One Survey").

    3. Add a description to explain the purpose of the survey.

  3. Build the Survey:
    Add different types of questions such as:

    1. Headers

    2. Short answers

    3. Multiple choice

    4. Checkbox

    5. Dropdown

    6. User Dropdown

    7. Linear scale

    8. Date

    9. File Upload

  4. Mark questions as required if needed.

  5. Save the survey once you’re done.

Adding the Survey to the Onboarding Program

  1. Go Back to Surveys: Locate the survey you just created.

  2. Select the option to add a new task to the onboarding journey.

  3. Choose Survey and name the task accordingly (e.g., "Complete End of Week One Survey").

  4. Set a due date (e.g., Day 5 of onboarding).

  5. Assign it to the appropriate boardee or make it anonymous if needed.

  6. Provide a clear description, such as "Please complete this honestly."

  7. Click Add to finalize the task.

FAQ

Q: Can users upload files or images into surveys?
Yes, users can upload files and images into survey answers.

Q: Will I receive a notification when a user submits a survey/form?
No. Not unless you’ve specified a user in the Send to field

Q: Can Boardees mark a survey task as complete if they haven't completed the survey?
No. They'll need to fill out the Survey/Form and then click Submit. However, Super Admins have the ability to mark the task as Undo if they need to from the Timeline view.
