The first phase of Abode AI features includes the following capabilities:

How do I turn AI features on or off?
How do I turn AI features on or off?
AI features are turned off by default for your workspace. To enable AI features, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM).
After the workspace’s AI has been enabled, you may turn on or off any AI capabilities by following the steps below:
Click your profile avatar in the top right and select ‘Settings’
Navigate to the Workspace settings tab
Select ‘Manage AI’ on the right side of the first row of settings
Toggle features on or off from this side panel view
Who can use AI features in Abode?

AI features are only available to Admin and Super Admin users in your Abode workspace. Program Recruiters, Participants, Candidates, New Hires, and Interns cannot access or use these AI features. This ensures that only your internal team members can leverage AI capabilities while managing your hiring and onboarding processes.
What information does the AI have access to?
What information does the AI have access to?
The AI only uses:
Prompts and free-form inputs that you (the user) generate
Public information you’ve added to the Company Profile in Abode (as seen below)
User activity data (used only to create notification summaries)
Tasks: Only task titles and due dates
Resources: Only resource titles
Forum posts: Only the number of posts (a count), not the text of the posts
Admin-only: Short “candidate activity” summary phrases (like the ones shown above)
Chats: Not read or used at all (including candidate-to-candidate chats and company contact chats)
Program and cohort metadata (templates, content items, titles, descriptions)
💡Important: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is not ingested by the AI or used to train AI models. The system is designed to help you create content and summaries without accessing sensitive data.
