Items held within the Melbourne Storage facility are accessible by contacting the Melbourne Librarian:
Login to the library catalogue and find the item
Click on the Available block for more information
You will then see the note that the item must be requested from library staff for retrieval.
Select Hold Request from the Get It section, complete the form, the click Send Request
You will receive an email when your requested item is ready for collection. Items awaiting collection are placed on the hold shelves at the pickup location under your name. You have 7 days to pick-up the item after which it will be returned to the shelves.
To cancel a request before it becomes available, select My Loans then select My Requests to view a list of your requests. Select the Cancel link as appropriate.
Alternatively, if you are physically on campus at the time of finding an item in the library catalogue, you may request a storage item in person from the Melbourne Library staff.
