The Academy Feed section helps you track activity in your Academy. It’s a single chronological feed where you can see which learners have joined the Academy, who has logged in, and how often, without having to check each section separately.
📰 How to use the Academy Feed?
In the left-hand menu, click the ⭐ Academy Feed icon:
The feed page will open. Events are grouped by date, with the most recent ones at the top. The feed displays the following information:
an event description, for example “Margaret Fetter has entered your Academy 16 times” or “You have a new learner Andrew Robertson”;
the learner’s name as a link that takes you to their profile;
the event time on the right;
the “Mark all as read” button.
📌 If the feed has accumulated a lot of notifications, click Mark all as read. After that, all events will immediately be displayed as read.
You can add a reaction to each event to track its processing status within your team and avoid duplicated tasks:
🔎 How to filter events in the feed?
Click “Add filter” at the top of the feed.

Set up the filters you need and click “Save filter” next to them:
📌 The filter is personal: the set you save does not affect other administrators’ feeds.
How to reset a saved filter?
Remove all filters and click “Save filter”. The saved filter will be reset, and the feed will show all events again:
