In the Security Center, you can add an extra layer of protection to your downloadable PDF files. To do this, open the Academy Settings page and go to the Security Center, or follow this link:

Once the feature is activated, when a PDF file is downloaded, the system automatically adds a unique watermark containing information about the specific learner.
After enabling the feature, three placement options for the watermark will appear.
💡 You can choose one, or even all, three placement options at the same time.
If you select the Use your own text option, a text field will appear where you can enter custom Copyright © text. In addition, you will see a list of variables you can use to protect intellectual property within the watermark text.
