Rate, Reaction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) questions

This article will help you to create Rate, Reaction and Net Promoter Score questions

In the Academy, you can add question types that allow you to evaluate a course, product, or service, as well as conduct NPS surveys. To add these question types, click “Add Question” and select the desired type:


⭐️ Rate

With this question type, learners are asked to rate a question or item by selecting a number of stars. You can set the number of stars from 3 to 10.

To create this type of question, click “Add Question” and select “Rate”.

After adding the question, enter the question and, if needed, add a description. You can also format the description using the editor and include multimedia content.

By clicking the three dots, you have additional options:

  • Add image

  • Add note for the reviewer

  • Create Master Question

  • Add tags

  • Delete the question

From the learner’s perspective, this question type appears as follows:


⭐️ Reaction

In the Reaction question type, learners select an emoji that represents their evaluation, ranging from “poor” to “excellent.” You can set 3 or 5 emojis.

To create this type of question, click “Add Question” and select “Reaction”.

After adding the question, enter the question and, if required, add a description. You can also format the description using the editor and include multimedia content.

By clicking the three dots, you have additional options:

  • Add image

  • Add note for the reviewer

  • Create Master Question

  • Add tags

  • Delete the question

⭐️ NPS

With the NPS question type, learners select a rating on a scale from 1 to 10.

To create this type of question, click “Add Question” and select “NPS”.

After adding the question, enter the question text and, if required, add a description. You can also format the description using the editor and include multimedia content.

By clicking the three dots, you have additional options:

  • Add image

  • Add note for the reviewer

  • Create Master Question

  • Add tags

  • Delete the question
