🛡️ Apex Protection

How Apex Protection protects you from a seller who does not deliver or does not send what was listed, the three situations that end in a refund, and the 72 hours you have to raise a problem.

Apex Protection keeps your payment secure until you receive your order and have had time to make sure everything is as expected.

Every eligible order is protected automatically at no additional cost. If a seller fails to deliver, disappears after accepting your order, or delivers something significantly different from what was listed, Apex Protection steps in.

Your payment stays with us until the order is completed. If there is a problem, we review the order, listing, messages, and delivery evidence and decide the outcome rather than leaving you to resolve it with the seller yourself.

💬 How Apex Protection Protects You

When you place an order, we hold your payment instead of immediately releasing it to the seller.

Once your account, boost, or currency is delivered, you get a window to check your order and make sure it matches what you purchased.

If everything looks good, confirm the order and the seller gets paid. If you do nothing, the order automatically confirms when the window ends.

If something is wrong, report the problem before the window ends. The seller will not be paid while the dispute is being reviewed.

If the seller can fix the problem, they will be given the opportunity to do so. If the order was not delivered or there is no working solution for something significantly different from the listing, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

📋 What Apex Protection Covers

Apex Protection covers eligible orders when:

  • The seller does not respond to your order.

  • Your order is not delivered.

  • Your order is significantly not as described and the seller cannot provide a working solution.

For complete refund requirements, see Can I get a refund?

⏱️ Your Protection Window

Your review window begins once your order is delivered.

Use this time to check the account, boost, or currency against the listing. For account purchases, we recommend testing the login and verifying the important details as soon as you receive it.

If you find a problem, report it before the window ends. Your payment will remain on hold while we review the case.

See How do disputes work? for information about the evidence you may need to provide.

What Apex Protection Does Not Cover

Apex Protection does not cover:

  • Changing your mind after receiving a complete order that matched the listing.

  • An account being reclaimed after a successful delivery. This is covered separately by our 12-month Account Warranty, which is settled in store credit.

  • Payments or agreements made outside your AccountShark order. If a payment or delivery happens outside the platform, we cannot hold the payment or verify what happened.

⚠️ Only send payment to the recipient shown on your order. Payments sent anywhere else are not held by AccountShark and are not covered by Apex Protection.
