The Team Dashboard is the central place where manufacturer account Admins manage their organization's members β viewing who's on the team, tracking pending invitations, and taking action on membership changes.
Before You Begin
You must have an Admin role on your manufacturer account to manage team members.
Reps can view the Team Dashboard and see the member list, but cannot invite, remove, or change roles.
How to Access the Team Dashboard
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page. Select Manage Account from the dropdown.

The Team Dashboard will load, displaying two sections: Pending Requests and Members.
What You'll See
Pending Requests
This section lists all invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. For each pending invite, you'll see:
The invitee's email address
The date the invitation was sent
A Pending status tag
Options to Resend or Cancel the invitation
Note: The Pending Requests section is only visible to Admins. Reps do not see this section.
Members
This section lists all active team members.
For each member, you'll see:
Their name and email address
Their current company role (Admin or Rep)
A Remove button (visible to Admins only)

Outcome
After navigating to the Team Dashboard, you'll have a full view of your team's current membership and any outstanding invitations. From here, you can invite new members, update roles, or remove members as needed.
