2. Search for the Customer’s Card
Use one of the following search criteria, then click Search to retrieve the card information:
Card Number
First and/or Last Name
Ackroo ID / Access Code

3. Virtual Terminal Screen Options
Once the card is retrieved, you’ll see the following options:
Lookup New Card
Returns to the Search Criteria page
Customer
Card Number
Registered to
Communications Consent
Edit Registration

4. Redeem Units
Select Redeem Unit.
On the next screen, enter the total number of units for each unit type you’re redeeming.
(Optional) To email the receipt, click the ❌ button next to “Email” and enter the customer’s email address.
(Optional) Add a description for the transaction.
Click Redeem Card to complete the redemption.

5. View & Print Receipt
Once the transaction completes:
A receipt appears on screen.
Click Print for a printable copy.
Click Close to exit.

Switching Accounts
If your login has access to multiple dealerships, you can switch accounts at any time:
Select the Account drop-down menu.
Click Switch.
