How to Transfer a Card Balance (VIDEO)



Steps

  1. Select the Cards tab from the main menu.

  2. In the Search field, type any piece of information you know about the card, such as:

    • Card number

    • Customer name (if registered)

    • Customer email (if registered)

  3. Once the matching card appears in the table, click the ACTION button and choose Transfer Funds.

  4. In the pop-up form:

    • Swipe or manually enter the number of a new card from your inventory into the New Card Number field.

    • (Optional) Add a Description for your reference.

  5. Recommended: Select Destroy Original Card to deactivate the old or lost card. This ensures any future attempts to use it will be blocked with a “Card Not Active” error.


Important to Note

  • Transferring to a brand-new, unregistered card also moves the customer’s registration details to the new card.

  • Transferring to an already registered card will not overwrite existing registration details. If needed, review and update the “transfer-to” card’s registration manually.
