Activating a Package and Registering a Card

This guide explains how to activate a package and register a card using the Program Console.


Activating a Package

All cards start in an unissued state. Once you activate a package on a card, its state changes to issued.

  1. Go to the Cards tab.

  2. Retrieve an unissued card from inventory and enter its number in the Search field. The card appears in the list below.

  3. Click ACTION on that card, then under Package Transactions, select Issue Package.

  4. In the pop-up:

    • Location: Choose the dealership location from which to activate the package.

    • Package: Select the desired package from the dropdown.

    • Description: (Optional) Add a note for this transaction.

    • Email an Action Export: Check to email a copy of this action to the logged-in administrator’s email.

  5. Click APPLY PACKAGE to finalize activation.

Register Card

Once a card is issued, you can register customer details.

  1. On the Cards tab, enter the issued card’s number in Search. The card appears below.

  2. Click ACTION, then choose Edit Profile.

  3. In the registration form, enter the customer’s information:

    • Salutation (Mr., Ms., etc.)

    • Email address

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Birthdate (YYYY-MM-DD)

    • Phone number

    • Address, City, Province, Country, Postal Code

  4. Click Save to complete registration.
