Getting Started
To perform an action on one or more cards:
Visit https://manage.ackroo.com/ and sign in.
Go to the Manage Cards tab.

Single Action vs. Bulk Action
Single Action
Use the ACTION menu on an individual card to apply a specific operation.
Locate a card quickly by typing any known detail into the Search field, such as:
Card number or Batch/Ackroo ID
Customer name (if registered)
Customer email (if registered)
Bulk Action
Use BULK ACTION to filter multiple cards and apply an operation to the entire group.
First, Filter Your Cards.
Select BULK ACTION and choose the desired operation.
Available Operations
Change Card Status
Issue Cards – Activate cards for use
Unissue Cards – Deactivate; “Card not issued” error on use
Block Cards – Deactivate; “Card Blocked” error on use
Unblock Cards – Reactivate for use
Add Funds
Issue Gift – Activate and add Gift funds (card must be unissued)
Fund Gift – Add/reload Gift funds on an issued card
Fund Promotion – Add Promo funds on an issued card
Fund Units – Add Units on an issued card (unit must pre-exist)*

Remove Promo or Loyalty Funds
Clear Loyalty Funds – Remove both earned loyalty and promotional balances
Expire Promotions – Remove promotional balances only
Export
EXPORT – Generate a CSV report of selected (or filtered) cards. The file will be emailed from no-reply@ackroo.com.
Applying an Action
Choose your operation (single or bulk).
A pop-up window appears with options:
From: Head Office or physical location
To: Your store location (if applicable)
Optional: add a Promotional Tag, Description, or Expiration Date
For bulk transactions, a red banner will prompt you to confirm the number of affected cards.
Optionally request an emailed Transaction Report.
Blocking / Unblocking Cards
If a customer’s card is lost or stolen, transfer the balance to a new card and deactivate the old one.
To Block a Card
Sign in at https://manage.ackroo.com → Manage Cards.
Search for the card (number, customer name, or email).
Click ACTION → Block.
The card becomes inactive and cannot process transactions.
To Unblock a Card
Sign in at https://manage.ackroo.com → Manage Cards.
Search for the blocked card.
Click ACTION → Unblock.
The card is reactivated and can process transactions.
