View & Edit Customer Profiles
Accessing the Manage Cards Console
Go to https://manage.ackroo.com/ and sign in.
Select the Manage Cards tab.
In the Search field, enter any known information to locate a card:
Card number
Batch/Ackroo ID
Customer name (if previously registered)
Customer email (if previously registered)
Editing a Customer Profile
In the card’s row, click ACTION → Edit Profile.
In the pop-up window, update the customer’s details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Address & Phone Number
Birthdate
Click Save to apply changes.
Note: To allow customers online access, they must complete registration and set up their own login via your custom Ackroo cardholder portal. Learn more about the service here.
Viewing Card Details
In the Manage Cards list, click ACTION → View Details.
The Card Details page displays:
Statistics (Current & Lifetime Balances)
Profile Registration
Promotions
Transactions
