View & Edit Customer Profiles


Accessing the Manage Cards Console

  1. Go to https://manage.ackroo.com/ and sign in.

  2. Select the Manage Cards tab.

  3. In the Search field, enter any known information to locate a card:

    • Card number

    • Batch/Ackroo ID

    • Customer name (if previously registered)

    • Customer email (if previously registered)


Editing a Customer Profile

  1. In the card’s row, click ACTIONEdit Profile.

    In the pop-up window, update the customer’s details:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Address & Phone Number

    • Birthdate

  2. Click Save to apply changes.

Note: To allow customers online access, they must complete registration and set up their own login via your custom Ackroo cardholder portal. Learn more about the service here.


Viewing Card Details

  1. In the Manage Cards list, click ACTIONView Details.

  2. The Card Details page displays:

    • Statistics (Current & Lifetime Balances)

    • Profile Registration

    • Promotions

    • Transactions
