Filtering Cards

In the Program Console (manage.ackroo.com) under the Manage Cards tab, the Filter Cards By + option lets you isolate specific cards using various criteria.


Filtering Options

  • Batch Number/Range
    (Based on “Ackroo ID” or “Batch Info” printed on the back of the card; more info here)

  • Inactivity
    Cards with a balance but no transactions during a selected timeframe (from > 1 month to > 36 months inactive)

  • Card Status Filter
    (Details on card states here)

    • Unissued

    • Issued

    • Blocked

    • Destroyed

  • Cards with Balance

    • With Non-zero balances


How To Apply a Filter

  1. Click the blue + button next to Filter Cards By.

  2. From the first dropdown, choose a filter category.

  3. A second dropdown appears—select your specific filter parameters.

  4. (Optional) Add more filters by clicking + again.

  5. To remove a filter, click the red button in its dropdown.

  6. When ready, click Apply to update the card list.


Take Action on Filtered Cards

After applying filters, the table updates to show only matching cards. Key columns include:

  • # of entries found
    Total filtered cards (shown at bottom-left of the page)

  • Card Info

    • Full card number

    • Batch info (range number + batch number)

    • Transactions count

  • Balances

    • Gift ($)

    • Loyalty ($)

    • Promotion ($)

  • Cardholder Info (if registered)

    • Name

    • Email

    • Registered On

  • Status

    • Issued – ready for use

    • Unissued – must be issued first

    • Blocked – disabled until unblocked

    • Destroyed – permanently deactivated

  • ACTION (single card)

    • View Details

    • State Change (Issue/Unissue/Block)

    • Gift Transactions (Issue/Fund Gift)

    • Loyalty Transactions (Fund Promo/Clear Loyalty)

    • Disable transaction count limit

    • Unregister Card

    • Edit Profile

Note: If you are a Program-level Administrator, applying a filter enables the BULK ACTION button—let you perform a chosen action across all filtered cards.
