Adding Promotional Funds to a Single Card
Sign In
Go to https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
Locate the Card
Click Manage Cards.
In the Search field, enter any of:
Card Number
Ackroo-ID or Batch Info #
Customer Name
Customer Email
Open the Fund Promotion Form
In the card’s row, click Action → Fund Promotion.
Complete the pop-up form:
Form Fields:
From Location: Where the promotion is issued (e.g., Head Office for online console).
To Location: If you manage multiple sites, choose the destination location.
$ Amount: Enter the promotional funds to apply.
Tag: (Optional) Select a Promotion Tag (if enabled) for reporting.
Description: (Optional) Add a note (e.g., “Fundraiser”).
This Promotion Expires: (Optional) Check and set an expiration date for unused funds.
Email an Action Export: (Optional) Email a transaction summary to your inbox.
Activate
Click Activate Promotion.
The promotional funds now appear in the card’s Promotional Loyalty balance, ready for redemption.
