Accessing Cards
Go to https://manage.ackroo.com/ and sign in.
From the Ackroo Anywhere home screen, select Cards.

Managing Cards
On the Manage Cards page, you can:
Search for cards by number, batch/Ackroo ID, name, or email.
Filter cards using various criteria (see Filtering Cards for details).
Perform actions on individual cards or multiple cards at once.

Performing Card Actions
Each card row has an ACTION button. Available single-card actions include:
View Details
Edit Profile
Issue / Unissue
Block / Unblock
Disable Transaction Count Limit
Transfer Funds
Add Promotional Funds
Clear Loyalty Funds
(See full list here)
You can also select Bulk Action (after filtering) to apply an action across multiple cards.
Batch Info / Ackroo ID
Ackroo ID (older cards) or Batch Info (newer cards) appears on the back of printed cards.

<sequential number>-<batch number>(e.g.,987-65432means card #987 in batch 65432).Imported cards (non-Ackroo printed) still have Batch Info assigned in the console.
Card States
Cards can be in one of three states:
State | Behavior |
Unissued | Must be issued before any transactions. |
Issued | Can receive transactions. |
Blocked | Cannot receive transactions until unblocked. |
