Administrator Roles and Permissions

Administrators are managed in the Program Console under the Settings tab:

The Ackroo platform supports four types of administrator roles, each with specific visibility and permissions. All roles can be designated as Read-Only to restrict editing rights.

Administrator Roles

  • PROGRAM Administrator (PA)
    Visibility of all businesses and locations within the program.

  • BUSINESS Administrator (BA)
    Visibility of assigned business only.

  • LOCATION Administrator (LA)
    Visibility of assigned location/department only.

  • READ-ONLY Administrator (Clerk)
    Visibility of assigned location only; Read-Only, no editing privileges.
