Mobile App: Home Screen Image Manager
Merchants can now self-manage up to five promotional images (ads, coupons) displayed in the mobile app’s home screen carousel—no support ticket required.
Manage images directly in the Ackroo Program Console:

1. Access the Mobile Image Manager
Sign in to the Program Console.
Navigate to Advanced Loyalty > Mobile Image Manager.
2. Landing Page Overview
Left Section: Tools to add, edit, or delete images.
Right Section: Live preview of the carousel as seen in the mobile app.
3. Add a New Image
Click + Add Image.
Note: Maximum of 5 images.
In the upload pop-up:
Choose a PNG or JPG file.
Enter a Title (required).
(Optional) Add a Link URL for tap-through.
Select an Aspect Ratio: 1:1 or 4:3.
Use the image cropper to zoom, crop, and fit.
Click Save to upload or Cancel to exit.
4. Manage Uploaded Images
After uploading, the Left Section lists all images with Title, URL, and Ratio.
The Right Section preview updates in real time.
5. Edit or Replace Images
Edit: Modify Title or URL.
Delete: Remove the image, then Add Image to upload a replacement.
