Resetting AckApp to Default Settings
If you need to restore your AckApp on a terminal to its original configuration—whether you’re moving the terminal to a new location and reactivating with a fresh PIN or troubleshooting unusual behavior—follow these steps:
Steps to Reset Defaults
On the terminal, navigate to Ackroo → Preferences → Advanced.
If prompted, enter the password 112233.
Select Configuration → Reset Defaults.
The app will return to its factory-default settings.
After resetting, you’ll be prompted to activate the terminal with a new 6-digit PIN.
Visit https://pin.ackroo.com to generate a PIN.
Or sign in to the Program Console at https://manage.ackroo.com and select Activate My Terminal.
