Configuring a New Report (Step-by-Step Guide)

This video walkthrough shows you how to create and manage scheduled reports from your Ackroo Anywhere dashboard.


Step 1: Open Reporting Module

  1. Log in to your Ackroo Anywhere console.

  2. From the top navigation bar, go to Reporting > Reports.


Step 2: Available Reports

  • Transaction Reports: Detailed transaction data. [See details]

  • Cardholder Reports: Cardholder-specific metrics. [See details]

  • Automotive Reports: Data tailored for automotive programs.

  • Petroleum Reports: Metrics for petroleum merchants.

  • Reconciliation Reports: Bank and inter-location reconciliation.

To configure any, click Configure next to the report name.


Step 3: Configuration Options

When setting up a report, specify:

  • Report Name: Custom title (optional)

  • Schedule: Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, custom)

  • Report Period: Data date range

  • Format: XLS, PDF, or TXT

  • Recipients: Email addresses (comma‑separated)

Click Save to activate the schedule.


Step 4: Managing Configured Reports

Switch to the Configured tab to see all active reports. Use the Action menu to:

  • Run Now: Generate immediately for a custom period

  • Modify: Change settings

  • Remove: Delete from schedule
