Retrieving Reports on the Virtual Terminal
The Ackroo Web Virtual Terminal lets you print basic transaction and batch reports directly from your browser.
1. Accessing Reports
Go to https://vt.ackroo.com
If prompted, enter your 6-digit PIN or admin credentials (see Accessing VT App).
2. Opening the Reports Menu
Click Preferences (white button, lower right).
In the pop-up, click Reports.
3. Choosing & Running a Report
Select the report title to generate and print immediately:
Transaction Summary
Lists every VT transaction in the last X hours (you’ll be prompted for how many).
Last Batch
Reprints the summary of the most recently closed batch.
Close Batch
Closes the current batch (all transactions since the previous close) and prints its summary.
Tip:
• Use a network-connected printer attached to your computer.
• You can rerun any of these reports on demand throughout your day.
