CLOVER – Download, Install & Sign In to Ackroo (VIDEO)
Follow these steps to get Ackroo up and running on your Clover device:
1. Install the Ackroo App
From your Clover home screen, tap App Market
Search for Ackroo
Select Ackroo Gift and confirm the download/install
2. Launch & Sign In
Tap the Ackroo icon on Clover’s main screen
Choose Sign In
Enter the email & password you use on manage.ackroo.com
If your business has multiple locations, pick the correct location from the dropdown
3. Enable Employee Access (Optional)
In the Ackroo app, tap the Options (gear) icon
Toggle Employees can RELOAD on if you want non-managers to fund/reload cards

If you have multiple Clover devices (e.g. Duo, Station), install and log in to Ackroo on all terminals.
