Using Ackroo Loyalty on Clover
This short video shows you how to enable and use the Loyalty feature in the Ackroo app on a Clover device:
Enable Loyalty
Open the Ackroo app on your Clover device.
Go to Settings → Loyalty and switch Enable Loyalty to ON.
Manually fund (add points to) Loyalty
From the main menu in the app, select Fund Loyalty.
Enter the amount (usually the pre-tax total of the sale).
Confirm to credit the customer’s loyalty account (a receipt prints automatically).
Redeem Loyalty
Select Redeem Loyalty from the menu.
Enter the amount of loyalty to use.
Confirm and print the receipt to deduct that amount from the loyalty balance.
Prompt to fund Loyalty after every sale
Go to Settings → Advanced Options and enable Loyalty Prompt.
At the end of each sales transaction, the Clover app will automatically prompt you to Fund Loyalty.
