We strongly recommend completing the practice assessment before starting your Professional Skills Development assessment. This will help you become familiar with the format and instructions.
The Professional Skills Development assessment is completed in a secure online environment. Modules must be completed in sequence within the scheduled timeframes. The assessment provides a standardized and fair evaluation while allowing you to complete it in your own time zone.
The Professional Skills Development assessments present situational scenarios designed to help develop key skills such as leadership, resilience, teamwork, and critical thinking—qualities that employers value. After completing the assessment, you will also receive resources and exercises to continue developing these skills.
To complete your test modules
Select Assessment in the left menu bar.
On the scheduled date and time for the test, select the first module and select Start Module.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the test module. Keep in mind what you have learned from your practice test.
After completing the first module, proceed with the remaining modules on their set dates and times until you’ve completed them all.
