Programs take advantage of the flexibility of Casper and Duet and use the assessments in different ways at multiple points in their process. Programs use assessments to consider an applicant’s personal and professional attributes the whole way through the admissions process. Results can be used to filter applicants early in the process, aid in selecting candidates to interview, or prioritize applicants in the ranking/offer process.
