How do I create and allocate tasks to a role?

I want to create and allocate tasks to an existing role

From the Organisation Design menu, select "Process Maps"

From there, navigate to the task map which relates to the role

Click the "Edit" button in the Process Steps heading bar

When in Edit mode you can create a task and assign it to the role you want


Save & Close when done

The Task and Role will appear in the Process Map

To edit an existing task map to re-allocate a Role, select the Edit button next to the required task

Change the Allocated Role. Save & Close when done.

What happens next?
The allocated tasks will show up as being allocated to that role:
