This process guides you through how to release a vehicle on a work pass. You need to remove and disassociate the Beacon every time a vehicle leaves the lot on a work pass. Note that this process doesn't remove the vehicle from inventory.
Collect the Work Pass from the driver. Do not scan the work pass in Gate. Do not check the vehicle out.
Remove the Beacon.
Disassociate the Beacon from the vehicle.
