Why doesn’t the option for custom labels appear in the cart?

Custom labels are an additional option to personalize your orders. They are added during the manufacturing process of textile products such as flags, banners, tents, and other items that require sewing.

If the option to add custom labels does not appear when placing an order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The products in your cart do not allow custom labels

Not all products we manufacture can include custom labels.
Specifically, products without sewing, without seams, or made of PVC/lona cannot include custom labels.

We recommend reviewing the specifications of the products in your cart to confirm whether they support this option.

Your custom label has not yet been approved

If you have recently uploaded a custom label and cannot select it in the cart, it is likely that it has not yet been validated.

In this case, instead of the “Add custom labels” option, you will see the option to generate an automatic label. You can proceed with this option or review whether there is an issue with the custom label you uploaded to your account.

Custom label validation is handled directly via the chat on our website.
Please check whether you have received:

  • A message in the website chat, and/or

  • An email with feedback about your design

To resolve the issue, simply apply the suggested changes and upload your custom label again from your account.
