How and when can I modify a design of an ongoing order?

You have placed an order and you have your design uploaded... but your client asks you to make a modification or you have noticed an error that you want to fix. Don't worry!

Any design modifications will be made on the platform with prior confirmation from the production team!

We explain how to do it depending on the status of your order:

We have received your order and the design is pending review.

In this step, you can modify your design after confirmation from produccion@adivin.com. Once you have confirmation, follow these steps to make the modification on the website:

  • Go to My orders.

  • For your order number, click on "View design(s)".

  • Delete your design(s) to upload new ones.

  • Now, select the number of units the design will have and upload the file:

  • If you need to upload more than one design, repeat the action by clicking on "Add another design for this product".

The designs of your order are under review

If your order is being revised, you will not be able to modify the design directly on the platform. Before doing so, you must notify Printing department so that the design upload process can be enabled again. You have to follow this steps:

  • Write an email to produccion@adivin.com with the order number in the subject line, requesting the design modification.

  • We will re-enable the design upload so that you can attach your new designs from the platform.

    Please note that we will not accept designs by email.

Your order has an incorrect design

If your design is marked as incorrect, you'll have to correct the errors and you'll be able to make all the changes on your design.

In this case, you should do the following:

  • Go to My Orders.

  • For your order number, click on "Fix design error".

  • Delete your design(s) to upload new ones.

  • Now, select the number of units the design will have and upload the file:

  • If you need to upload more than one design, repeat the action by clicking on "Add another design for this product".

Your request is stopped

In this situation your order may be partially manufactured or it may be completely printed. In this case, to find out if modifications can be made to the designs, you should check with us.

  • Check why your order is stopped. You should have received an email in your inbox with what has happened.

  • Send an email to produccion@adivin.com with your order number in the subject line and your query in the body of the email.

  • You will receive a response from our team to let you know if you can make the design modification on the platform according to the status of your order.

Your order has the correct design

If the design of your order is correct, you will not be able to modify the design on the platform. It is possible that your order is already printed, in sewing or in the print queue, so to find out if you are in time to make any changes, you should contact printing so that we can inform you of the status of your order:

  • Write an email to produccion@adivin.com with the order number in the subject line, explaining in detail your case and the request to modify the design.

  • Depending on the status of your order, we will inform you of the options we can give you.

Please note that we will not accept designs by email.

Your order is finished

In this case, your order is already fully manufactured and you cannot make any modifications to the designs in the order.
