How can I place an order on the Distributor's Portal?

We show you step by step how to place an order on the Dealer Portal.

To show an example, we placed an order for a Fly Banner Surf Pack Complete:

  1. Select the products in the initial menu


  2. Select the desired size


  3. Select the number of units


  4. Choose your accessories



  5. Calculate the price:

    • Individual price excluding VAT

    • Total price

    • Recommended retail price


  6. Add product to cart

    Important: download the template so you can incorporate your design and attach it to your order. In step 2 of the purchase process you will have to upload the corresponding design.

Once added to your cart, you will be able to:

  • Add more products to the same order

  • Generate a PDF budget

  • Start the purchase order

The purchase order is divided into 4 steps:

  1. Confirm shipping address


    When you confirm the shipping address, you will see three options:

    • Send to another address: will be sent to the address you enter at that time.

    • Send to billing address (checked by default): The order will be sent to the address you entered when you created your account.

    • Collect at Ádivin: is the option for you to pick up your order at our facilities or send your transport agency to collect it (you will have to indicate this).


  2. Upload design


    You will be able to upload the design later, although we recommend that you upload the template with the design in this step.


    You must take into account the allowed formats, upload the corresponding template and make the design in CMYK.


    You can leave a note about your designs in the "Remarks" section or attach a sketch.


  3. Confirm date

    You can choose the date you want to receive your order. By default, standard delivery within 48 hours with free shipping is selected.


    You will see the available delivery dates with the corresponding surcharge.


  4. Summary of your purchase

    Here you will find all the information about every detail of the order so that you can check that everything is correct.


  5. Invoice and payment


    You have 4 methods of payment:

    • By bank transfer. We provide you with the account number so that you can make a transfer or deposit into your account. Remember to indicate the order number and send to info@adivin.com your proof of transfer to expedite the order.

    • By credit card Use your card to leave your order paid at this time.

    • PayPal. You can use the PayPal payment service to pay for your order.

    • Bizum. We accept payments via the bizum app.


Once you have paid, you have completed your order. Now you just need to check that the design of the order is correct and that the order is running smoothly.
